Welcome to Haseena Mahal Garments & Tailoring L.L.C (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, including purchases made at our store, via phone or online platforms, and tailoring services rendered. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our products and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Services
We offer ready-made garments, tailoring services, and customization of clothing based on client specifications.
All products and services are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue items without prior notice.
Tailoring work may require appointments and fitting sessions.
3. Orders and Payments
a) Order Placement
Orders can be placed in-store, over the phone, or via approved online platforms.
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation message or invoice.
b) Pricing
Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time before an order is confirmed.
c) Payment Methods
We accept:
Cash
Card Payments (POS)
Online Payment Gateways (where applicable)
Payment must be made in full before order processing or tailoring begins.
4. Tailoring Services
a) Measurements
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Alternatively, we provide professional measurement services in-store.
b) Fitting & Alterations
One-time free alteration is provided for custom garments (if reported within 7 days of delivery).
Additional alterations may be subject to charges.
c) Delivery Timeline
Custom tailoring requires 3–14 working days depending on complexity.
Delays due to customer unavailability for fittings will not be held against us.
5. Returns & Refunds
a) Ready-Made Garments
Exchange is allowed within 7 days if the product is unused, with tags and original packaging.
No refunds unless the product is defective.
b) Tailored/Custom Orders
No refunds or exchanges are permitted for custom-stitched garments.
Alterations will be provided to resolve fitting issues.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information for measurements and orders
Collect completed items within 30 days
Not use our services for illegal or fraudulent purposes
Uncollected garments beyond 60 days may be disposed of at our discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by customer actions or force majeure (e.g., strikes, weather, etc.)
Damage caused by customer misuse or failure to follow care instructions
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, and materials used in our marketing or website are the intellectual property of Haseena Mahal Garments & Tailoring L.L.C and may not be copied or reproduced without written consent.
9. Privacy

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
